These Terms govern your use of Bilson’s website, products, and services. By placing an order or accessing our platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
By accessing or using any Bilson service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Orders are confirmed once a written quote is signed and a deposit is received. Production timelines begin from sample approval, not order placement.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Bulk and custom orders are subject to MOQs and lead times communicated at quotation.
You retain ownership of any logos, artwork, or proprietary marks supplied to us. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use and reproduce it.
Bilson retains the right to refuse any artwork that, in our reasonable judgment, infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
You are responsible for inspecting goods promptly upon receipt and notifying us of any defects within 7 working days.
Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defects. Standard catalogue items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our returns process.
We warrant that our products are free from material manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
All content on our websites, including text, imagery, fabric formulations, and product names, is the property of Bilson or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilson shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bilson is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
